3. Working Principle And Structure
3.1 The machine consists of two main working parts:
The first part: Heating. Heating all pipes according to the pre-set temperature
The second part: Mechanical part. By the driven force that transmitted by the gear box from the motor, the rubber material are continuously transferred into the machine for devulcanizing and plasticizing.
3.2 Structural features:
This machine adopts advanced electrical control system. In mechanical part, it adopts a soft connection between the gear box and machines. It has such advantages as long life, large capacity, low noise, small weight. While using external bearing design methods and "O" type seal. So, both the gas and oil leakage are effectively controlled, which is more friendly to the environment
4. Machine installation
4.1 The ground must be horizontal and strong enough. Owing to there isn't any disassembly in the transportation, so, it is easy to install it.
4.2 Cooling water connection: Cooling water inlet pipe connected to the lower part of the tank connection pipe, outlet pipe connected to the upper part of the tank connecting pipe .
4.3 Around 2-3% of the cold water required to be sprayed on the rubber powder directly for the well cooling of the material. The spray water inlets lies on the cooling pipe end closed to the transmission gear.
4.4 The incline degree of feeding hopper wall decides the material feeding effects. The recommended hopper size is 550×
680mm from the upper side, the lower side is the same of the machine inlet. The height is 900mm.
5. Debugging and commissioning of the machine
5.1 Check and make sure the gear oil is filled before starting the machine;
5.2 The machine must be pre-heated for around 30 Minutes before the material feeding.
5.3 Temperature setting: the temperature varies from the material & formula. Generally, the temperature decrease by every 10 centigrades each screw from the upper side to the lower side. The maximum temperature of the first screw (the upper side) should be not more than 320 centigrades.
5.4 The temperature controller starts a self-adjustment when the temperature reaches into the set one. This self-adjustment process takes around 4 hours. The temperature gets stable in one hour since the complete of the self-adjustment.
5.5 Pre-heating duration: 40 Minutes in Spring & Autumn, 30 Minutes in Summer, and 60 Minutes in Winter.
