His machine is applied to produce the untra-fine rubber powder at the size of of 40-100 mesh.
Structure and Principle:
The unit consists of three main grinders, whirlwind collecting mechanism, water cooling mechanism and a complete set of electric equipment.
The main grinder consists of the frame, main motor, variable motor, feeding mechanism, regulation mechanism and a pair of grinding discs(a moving grinding disc and a static grinding disc).
The basic work principle is: The rubber material is cut or milled when it goes through the disks.
The quality of materials can be ensured by using wind and water cooling, which can control the grinding temperature effectively. The best capacity and quality can be got by using variable speed feeding mechanism, which can adjust the feeding speed according to different materials.
The finished powder can be sucked out by the whirlwind collecting mechanism. The whole process without any dust.
