4.1 Tire Side Wall Cutter: It is applied to cut the waste tyre into tyre crown and tyre side, which will be ready for strip and block cutting.
4.2 Tire Bead Cable Separator: It is used to liberate the bead wires from waste tire bead. This is a most ideal machine in Waste tire recycling process. The wires made by this machine can sell at very good price.
4.3 Waste Tire Strip cutter and Block Cutter: This machine is used to cut the whole waste tires, tire side, or tire crown into rubber blocks, which can be used as TDF, or be further processed into rubber mulch, rubber granules, and rubber powder.

Auxiliary Machines for Tyre Recycling Plant
1: Belt conveyor to load the rubber block into cracker mill machine
2: Reciprocation sieve to sieve the coarse material out and send back to the cracker mill for re-shred
3: Belt conveyor to transfer the rubber powder into vibrating sieve for classifying.
4: Magnetic separator to take the shredded wires out from the rubber
5: Vibrating Classifier to classify the rubber powder or rubber granules
6: A Blower Conveyor to conveying the qualified rubber powder into fiber separator
