Work Theory
It is used to centrifuge principle to collect high purity rubber powder and recycle the nylon fiber, by adjusting the speed of airstream in the separating chamber and pipe according to the operating principle that the specific gravity of rubber powder is different from it of fiber to effectively separate.
Structure and principle:
This Rubber Powder Separator utilizes high speed air current to fluidize powder materials in sealed environment, under negative air pressure, light and heavy powders will be set apart, in this way to grade different size of rubber powders.

The whole process of the waste tyre shredding line include the following main steps:
1. Steel wire drawer: Separate the wire in the tyre.
2. Whole tyre crusher: Crush the tyre to 30-80cm chips
3. Rubbing/cutting machine: Coarse crushing, fine milling, separating steel wire etc.
4. Rubber powder screener: Grading the crude fibre and rubber powder.
